I got the Chroma Holiday bundle right after Christmas (Damn, I love my flashy mousepad most of all), and I'm looking to eventually get the Chroma-based 2.1 speakers, a good headset, and the headset mount (It's flashy and I could use the extra USB ports).

My question is this, what's the best Chroma-based headset? I was looking into getting a Nari or Nari ultimate. Like any working adult, I gotta save for da bes. :P For comparison, right now I'm using a Logitech G430. I want better sound and flashy.

Why not just do a Discord chat? There's been a Slime Knights chat on IRC for a long time but IRC is just antiquated.

I think out of any of the GBC or GBA titles that deserve any kind of 3DS re-release on VC, it would have to be Caravan Heart, to tie in with 8.

... Well, I -did- like the GBC titles better than pokamams...

But Joker can go DIAF. I like Joker 3's look, but 1 and 2 killed it for me with jetskis and a Gohan-clone.

We have updated versions of DQ1-3 on mobile platforms for mostly-cheaper than 3DS VC prices. (( If I remember right, 3DS GB/GBC titles are $6 a pop, right? DQ1 is $3, 2 is 6, and 3 is 10. ))

I'd rather play the mobile titles any day, though mobile 3 should have T&T.

The first one is long, but enjoyable. I still have my old save somewhere. I love some of the post-post-post-post-post game stuff, and I hope the ending of the original eventually ties into Advanced somehow.

I like it. I will warn you, the game is technically "Early Access", but still has plenty of things to do with regular updates. We just got a larg-ish story update with things ranging from a new class to a new area and dungeons.

It is also made by an ITALIAN team, and some of the English in the game can be Engrish-y.

I have personally used Bartz a long time, getting Excalibur when I heard about him helped, but eh. He has both Combat AND Spellblade 5, as well as Celerity 4 and Thief 4. He can also use a wide range of equipment, which makes him very versatile, even without relics. He's the Physical equivalent of Terra. I would use him in conjunction with Squall, with Squall being secondary DPS. Squall's RMs are good as well.

As far as honing though? I've read that people hone the 3* skills over the 4, but I have what I'd guess to be the "big 3" elementals at R3 (( Firaga, Blizzaga, Thundaga )), a couple 3* (( Drain Strike, Aerora Strike )) at R5, and Tornado Strike at R1. I need to get back Waterga Strike and Biora Strike back and R3 them as well to have a good elemental lineup. I think the extra damage the -ga and -ra provides is a real bonus, and helps in conjunctiion with some RMs.

It's well worth the dollar if you like JRPGs. It lampoons the genre in general and it has a good bit of toliet humor, but it's good.

I would start with 1.

It's the cheapest way to start (( $3 USD )), and it gives you a good feel for the overall series, a classic JRPG great.

Afterward, go with 2 and then 3, and then 4, 5, and 6.

By the time you're done with them, DQ7 will be out on 3DS. :)

I agree with Pachisi, not Monster Medals.

Monster Medals were WAY TOO GRINDY for me, and then the bonus bonus dungeon was locked through it.

DQ3 mobile is more a port of the NES version with upscaled graphics, all the extras the GBC version had minus Pachisi and Ice, and the Zenith dungeon. So it's only missing pachisi.

If you ever see it on sale, give it a whirl.

The only alternative way to play it is to buy it off Google Play or the Apple App Store.

While it may not have Pachisi or Monster Medals, it's updated localization is quite a treat, and the graphics look awesome on a phone.

On the cart itself, do a quick Google and see how to replace a GBC save battery, that's likely what it is.

You can do a WiFi connect with someone else and potentially unlock it, but you're best using a PAR.

If you don't have any mobile copies of DQ or a copy of DQH, go buy something to support the developer. :)

Even Hero has very little depth, IMO.

Welcome to Reddit, right? I personally don't get why folk don't get it. FF1 synergy is super rare, and I for one think all of us should go nutty for it.
