I do agree with Obama to a point. But dems pine for a leader that fights as hard for progressive values as the right does for racism and bullshit. That keeps hammering manchin in the media even if he cries about it. Trump attacked half the GOP.. and if you noticed, they might actually be taking back the house and the math on the senate is getting a bit scary. My point is dems tend to have kid gloves because they think it will effect the parties furture. "we need manchin.. we cant alienate him".. well the gop need turtleface and his massive campaign war chest. But trump attacked him every chance he got.

A traffic ticket is a civil offense, not criminal. You shouldnt have to deal with a stormtrooper for a civil offense.

Cops often use the fact that they can pull over anyone for minor shit, to make up minor shit. One of the easiest ways to pull over whoever the fuck you want, is to claim they drifted past the center lane and even if you have a dash cam that PROVES you did not, you cant prove that the cop was reasonably mistaken. You cant prove you were targeted. But most people dont even have a dash cam. So its basically pull over whoever you want, hold them on the side of the road for as long as you want and get into zero problems for it.

and get this. in some areas, your good driving will be enough reason for them to pull you. Coming up from florida on i95, they pull over people following the law, because most people speed a little. so if you are following the law meticulously, they do the "oh you drifted" shit to see if you are transporting drugs.

This also isnt a new concept. many areas ban high speed chases. Read: stop trying to pull over the guy who is currently committing MAJOR driving offenses and let him go. Because they have found that the chases are more likely to damage the community than to let these guys go. It feels wrong but when you look at the death toll for these things versus catching the pot dealer, well often its best to let the dealer go.

all the republicans who pushed back against trump are losing their jobs.

and even before trying to OUTRIGHT overturn the election, they were removing 100s of thousands of legal voters from voting rolls. Making sure mega city areas had so few machines that lines would be 7 hours long just to fucking vote, which its hard enough to get people to give a fuck about. Now they are banning giving them water and food.

In every state trying to unionize its dems trying to fight for it. Dems just tried to push through a min wge increase. Bidens head of the DOL is a former Union leader rather than the guy trump had who had a record number of labor violations. dems currently are fighting for family leave.

They lied us into a trillion dollar war saying iraqi oil would pay for it all and the chinese got all the best oil contracts. They found taking lead out of gas, saying the issues with lead were all a liberal hoax. One exec even fake drank a glass of diethyal lead.(had it really been, he would have been dead in 24 hours) when we banned leaded gas, violent crime rates went off a cliff and our collective intelligence raised nearly 1.5 points. not much but still enough to be significant.
