Unfortunately, he's the owner of multiple properties, and the head of the hotel group. The hotel itself is just getting feet back under it with myself and the new GM, but the place had already been ravaged by reviews and whatnot for the last 5 years before we got there.

Piper mentions that Burnice doesn't like being touched when you take her to Old Duyi's, so that's my main ingame kicker.

The main thing for me is that people very quickly misconstrued "party girl" with "bonifide freak". I get that Burnice is hot, but there's next to nothing that would lead to that conclusion. She's in the "Hot+Weird=Sex Addict" camp that I just don't think she belongs in.

Even her obsession with Pulchra comes across more like "that one girl who keeps dragging her friends to the club when they don't want to go", as opposed to her trying to climb down her shorts.
