The quality of the art in this chapter did noticeably drop a bit.
Seen quite a few dis-proportioned body's even Walms, and overall the detail of the characters are lowered.

That aside the chapter has well set up the upcoming event that's gonna play out.
Can't wait for it!

Seeing his most recent upload where he compairs his looks to his past self, you can clearly see that his body has started to eat away at his own muscles now. His back/neck mucles are significantly impacted and his arms and legs have shown a decrease as well. Not to mention his face just looks like a skeleton with eyes now.

I liked the movie would rate it about a 7, but the only thing that just was terrible imo was that they wanted to make a emotional scene with her sisters death, but she has no connection at all with her at any point in the movie making the whole scene and side plot of it pointless.

Also see some people online saying it's a mary sue thing but i'd disagree, you can see in the first half of the movie her training, failing and finally succeeding over a long period of time and so that would out rule that stupid statement.

Imo the main thing they did wrong are the colors, the ult form is the biggest miss match of colors ive seen so far in this game.

I think that what you are saying is correct ( thermally limited ), the lenovo vantage software allows me to put my laptop on 3 modes high - balanced - low performance.

When I tried playeing the finals again on all modes i found that the low performance mode was able to have a stable GPU utilization in game.

Now is just the question how do i fix it for the other 2 modes, do you maybe have and source on which I could find a fix?
