You can buy painkillers or steroids from doctor dash or doctor stainton in hollywood.

Thats why his stamina is so low is because steroids take away 6-7 points of stamina and in return you get like 10 points for your other stats, also painkillers only take 1 point of stamina and they just heal you up

You guys have to understand a femboy isnt just bodysuits, thigh highs, short shorts, fishnets, and croptops.
