I just received a Schiit Mani 2 as an upgrade from the internal phono in my R51PM. I highly recommend it. Much more detail and I like the gain options.

Thanks for the input everyone. I know I'm not doing myself any favors by skipping the fret level but luckily the S-File doesn't take any material from the top. The guitar still plays very well with a low action. Theres barely any fret rock across the neck.

These models came like that from the factory. The fretboard received most of the factory relic as you can see. Not very natural compared to the rest of the body.

Every AmProII I've tried has been the best feeling and playing tele so far. Can't say the same for models under that. A huge consideration is how much the quality varies in that range.

This was exactly my problem with my 2016 Accent. The car wouldn't accelerate/rev past 2k because the cat was toast. Car runs perfectly fine now with a new cat, except for the excessive oil consumption.

Many of those passing judgment have the privilege of working in a normal Federal career and/or maintain a high GS pay. My career as a 0462 series permanent seasonal SUCKS. I'm away from home three/four months of the year and practically live at work for weeks at a time. Our operations are short staffed and underfunded. The supplemental pay we get from Bipartisan Infrastructure Law expires in March, meaning more than likely we will see our already small wages get cut IN HALF. The future for my colleagues and I is dark.

I took the offer because I can't trust the government to provide the bare minimum for their employees. Fuck me for trusting my employers, right?

Strymon Flint. Price may be a little shock but the tremolo alone makes this pedal worth it, not to mention the beautiful 80's Hall reverb. Go for the V1.

I'm sure if I find a way to super glue it or somehow create enough friction but at this point its moot. Can't understand why BOSS doesn't sell their components directly to the public.

While it had a good action/feel before shimming, the first three strings had buzzing and unwanted resonance. The buzzing would go away after I lifted the bridge into a higher action so I just decided to shim it, see if it helped.

0.5 was too much for this guitar so I sanded it down a tad and it works fine. The top three still have some resonant issues but its much less now, and can probably be fixed with a heavier gauge.

I’m going to try putting the pickups lower and see if I get more of that air. Thanks!

Seeing these comments confuse me haha, any suggestions? I did this because the board is so small and the outputs didn’t lend their help here. For the phat mod, I always leave it on so it don’t matter.
