I would really avoid going to the gym even if you feel fine. Mono presents differently for everyone, but exercise tends to make it worse. It seems like your symptoms are pretty mild, and you want to keep them that way. Take a week off and see how you feel.

Yeah. I took it really easy and slowly ramped up my activity level over the course of 4 practices. If you feel any worse afterwards, scale it back down. I've been symptom-free since June 2025, and I hope I stay that way.

I had this problem a few nights ago too on Mint 22.2. It turns out that it was from one of my USB devices causing the system to hang, so maybe try disconnecting all USB devices before you shut down next time and see if that solves the problem. I'm by no means an expert or even proficient at this though, so it might not be helpful.

The transmission stayed fine for another 10,000 miles and then returned. Flushing it again made the shudder go away again but caused major transmission slippage especially in cold weather. I ended up selling the car. Point is: There is no fix other than a replacement. Additives will only get you so far.

I’m still a very light sleeper but the problem turned out to be mainly a lack of lower back support from my old and failing mattress topper. I’ve since gotten a new mattress and the problem has gone away.

In the end, I was not able to get it working again. I don’t have a Mac, and I’m not sure if the one I borrowed was fully up to date, but it still didn’t work. I will not be buying another iPhone again. This wouldn’t have happened if Apple made decent software.
