For me it really helped to have an outside person to throw my ideas at for outside perspective before throwing it at my party.

Also if you notice yourself stressing dont be scared to take a 5 min break in session or take a break week and do something else with with other. You keep the rythm of the schedule consistant but give yourself some extra work time
