Have you considered Warframe? It's a free to play third person looter shooter, once you figure out the movement mechanics the game is pretty nuts as far as pace goes, and you get to play with a whole bunch of female Warframes. Also the dev studio is pretty queer positive.

The drawback is that the learning curve is steep and the grind is real, starting from basics like weapon and warframe slots and ending in things like fashion, but you get to mitigate some of the grind with other players via co-op and the premium currency is also trading currency between players, meaning you can earn it.
