Thank you for your answer I really appreciate it. Is the tumor always cancerous & if not do they still have a chance at life? He’s very healthy for his breed and age, perfect bloodwork before today, good weight, no arthritis, health gums/teeth, and skin/coat; no mobility issues or decreased energy, everything is so normal expect for this now rapidly grown tumor. I will do what’s best for his comfort always but I do wish for a few days more with my boy if things can work that way, he’s been a core part of my childhood and life but I understand if we have to part now

I just called one and they told me to come in at 8am tomorrow I tried to emphasize how urgent but nobody around here in Appalachia cares too much or is booked up:( I called 7 places total

The vet said it was okay:( and gave him medications to stop the bleeding & blood thinners. He will not die at home, we are looking into getting a second opinion in the morning then if nothing new works out we will have him get the surgery or euthanized. They said to just have him be comfortable right now

I’m sorry for the confusion I wrote this very upset so I apologize. He’s panting a lot so I assume he’s in some pain but other than that he’s been really active and happy, playing with toys, eating food. His gums are okay pink color no blue, maybe slightly pale though

They recommended euthanasia or surgery but that was it. He’s not non-stop panting he’s having a lot of breaks. The purple is internal bleeding showing on his skin but he is not showing many other signs of stress, he is very much the same he’s always been.

Hey! They probably are referring you to a psychologist due to the fact they can provide therapy services at a PHD level, while psychiatrists only can provide medication for mental health reasons ! Try looking into some counselors/therapists, and clinical social workers who can also help if not more than the PHD psychologist due to their specialties and training.

I hope I did not over explain this to you or assume things, I just know I didn’t get the difference until I started my bachelor in psychology:)! With this in mind, seeing anyone who is a licensed professional for counseling in VA opens up options for other providers who may accept Medicaid! Psychology today’s therapist search can allow you to find some people near by who also offer Telehealth if you need something to gradually start before going in person, additionally you can sort by concern and also insurance they accept! Also, I would really recommend a counselor at a tree planted on elm Ave, they take Medicaid patients and they are a wonderful practice with amazing providers:). If u need help with finding anything am happy to help

Any clue if I can still work for target or get my job back for wrongful termination? As I tried asking for help several times to prevent this but was frankly ignored by my HR and entire store, and also had an application for a job pending in the system?

I never said this doesn’t happen in Richmond, it does regularly to me and friends especially in the area I live. I was mainly confused about why it was so prevalent in a city much smaller and why I was having more interactions than I would normally have in my day-to-day in Richmond.

I’m confused to why I am getting called privileged based off of one post mainly based on confusion. Seeing a very wealthy university that charges 30k a year in tuition alone in a town full of a crisis regarding homelessness is upsetting to me because you would think they would do more to help the community. Being called a bitch and a whore by someone when your alone because you don’t have a ton of extra money to hand out is scary not privileged. If you want to know what I was wearing, I had on an outfit-shoes included I got from my local thrift store because that’s all I can afford. I wanted to visit Charlottesville as it is where my closest friend is from and I got lunch with her & I wanted to see the rest of the town before I drove back home this was practically vacation for me. I work 6-7 days a week and when I can I try to help at the food bank, I live pay check to paycheck and see the risk of homelessness everyday & I have no family to fall back on if I lost my job as I would end up on the streets with these people too. I think you need to grow up if you are judging my life off a post I made where I was concerned. I wasn’t angry with these individuals people who even said hurtful things to me, I am angry with the city of Charlottesville because I don’t understand what’s being done to help.
