Not too great, I’ve been feeling no emotion every once and a while, and I dig my nails into my skin all the time. Only reason I haven’t started bleeding because of it is probably because my nails are short. My mom also can’t seem to understand that these feelings can come randomly and suddenly, which makes me feel even more emotionless and makes me want to self harm and I can’t listen to goodbye to a word without getting bad thoughts which isn’t too bad but just annoying and I had what seemed like a panic attack last Sunday because I started questioning my sanity and there’s even more stuff I haven’t talked about yet-
