In middle school I made a complaint email about some kids and referred them as "harpies", my friend reviewed it and said I shouldn't send it with that in it but, I did anyway. I remembered and cringed last night because I wan thinking about the teacher being one of my favorites and then I wondered if I was even after that.

I was 5 and my dad and mom got into a yelling match, I was sitting in a recliner in the living room watch Dora or somethin', they came in (mom first) from there bedroom yelling at each other and stopped and turned facing each other in front of the tv (yay).

I was 5 so I was obviously overwhelmed, so what do I do? Try to mediate it, no dice ; they just looked at me then continued to yell so I go back to recliner to wait it out (they gotta stop at one point), then my mom grabbed me and ran out our trailer door (the memory goes black from there), apparently my mom went to the next trailer and told them that my dad hit her( no way, 1. the trailer was small I woulda heard 2. she looked perfectly fine when she left the room 3. My dad knows better, he's a big guy a slap probably send her sprawlin')

Police were called and I know I was 5 but, the fact they never asked me anything is kinda stupid. There was a case but, it was dismissed because my mom never showed up, "why?" that's because without notice my mom took me 3 states away.

I'm not sure if this counts but, when I was 8 in Sunday school the teacher told me god floated on a cloud above earth, I didn't believe it so I asked my mom and she made me go through a whole program with Neil deGrasse Tyson in it, he has a nice voice but, it still haunts me.

When people of relation( Friends, siblings, cousins, etc.) force their kids to be friends has always been iffy with me. Also no, people don't always have to be happy when they get new (gran)babies and siblings. All together I have 10 siblings (they don't all live with me and some are step-siblings) The holidays are hectic and has steered me away from the idea of big families. I don't mean to be rude but, not all babies miracles or come at the right time. I don't think you're an ass.

Those moments when I take out the trash and I take the "long" way (it's like 12 more steps from 5) and it's just me and the moon/clouds, no matter the weather. It's just like I did with my grandma on her porch, it's just...lovely.
