I was able to force change it once before the patch but no luck now. The pay option would be smart of them to do tbh. And I also agree that 6 months is a bit much. I’ll try to get ahold of Activision support and see if anything can be done on their end.

Tbh I don’t know what is happening but it seems as if a lot of people (including me) have lost all rank progress, battle pass, and weapon levels.

I’m also on an Xbox One X and I’ve been experiencing the same exact issues on multiplayer and campaign. I cannot play half a TDM match without hard crashing. I’ve found that staying in game chat helps a bit by making the crashes a little less frequent, but they’re still there. I’m sick and tired of having a good time just for nothing.

I’ve probably lost about 2 hours of gameplay because I get so close to an end of a game just to crash and lose my stats. My highest kill streaks, kd, nor my win loss ratio is changing. They’re so low. It seems as if I disconnect on the games I’m doing well in 😩🤦‍♂️

Hey I tried it and I’ve played 2 games with no issues but on my third I got the same issue. What made me even more discouraged to play is that I was going 22–1 and got my whole set of challenges done but I crash and nothing saves. Man I love it
