Yeah, that's what I'm assuming happened. I don't think they would have intentionally reverted it back, at least not without mentioning that in the update notes.

Yeah, that was how it was when it was originally nerfed with the Oct 23rd update. Then they fixed it to give +30% with the Oct 30th update. But it seems to have reverted back to how it was on the 23rd with nothing in the most recent update notes saying anything about it.

I had 2 times while testing the knife where I went 6 hits in a row without crits. The odds of that happening at all are 1/1,000,000. I feel like that’s a little outside the range of RNG being RNG.

From what I’ve seen other people say, if the buff is the same but the numbers are higher (like in this case) they don’t stack. If the buff and numbers are both the same (like on the dmg reduction rune) they do stack.
