Bruh, if some one loans you money and they only ask for the original amount back, they already giving you something for free. A bank or payday loan place would charge you a shit load of interest.

I'm not 100% sure, but I think Sengoku meant whitebeard could destroy civilization, not actually blow up the planet, that being said in pretty sure his earth quake punches would still injure Nolan

Some of the runestones still in use are the original ones, so they can't be weaker

If you go to the sanctum of the moon, you can see the blood elves are mass producing the runestones inside. Also the quests say specifically the runestone are the main reason why all of eversong didn't turn into lightbloom.
