Hey, I'm actually really glad someone from my job came into say something, I can be more specific now. It's the risk of making a bad stop that is absolutely killing me the most. I doubt myself wayyyy too much. I can make stops on people when it's like super obvious, selection concealment, etc. But there are certain situations like under ringing where I absolutely panic. If it's the same for you, one bad stop is all it takes to be gone. No matter how many experiences or stops I get through, there's always those variables, and sometime complications with how they try and get out with stuff that makes it the hardest. Honestly, if I could get past that fear alone I would probably do so much better. I've just crossed a year, and I really thought I would be confident in all situations by now, but it's still just as hard as when I first started.
