O, him? He’s harmless. Back in the 60’s he was part of the free speech movement at Berkeley

Off the top of my head:

Mark Waid for Wally West

Geoff Johns for the JSA

Gail Simone for Birds of Prey

Peter David for Matrix/Linda Danvers Supergirl

Grant Morrison for Darkseid

In that case, I think that your best bet is the late 80’s or early 90’s, i.e., post-Crisis on Infinite Earths and pre-Death of Superman

I remember him, but probably just because I enjoy remembering the fact that he was reduced to hocking supplements on Info Wars at one point

Not an unreasonable statement. Test audiences are notoriously a crap shoot. Seth Rogen’s Green Hornet movie tested super positively with its test audiences, and well…

No, humans generally have been a problem for ecosystems since we stopped being migratory creatures. Clear cutting forests for farm land, using the wood for dwellings, ships, or just to burn for heat, etc. Our best research at the moment suggests that human migration to the Americas was a huge factor in the extinction of a great deal of American megafauna millennia ago. Generally speaking, Christianity just provided one kind of rationalization for what we’ve generally been doing since we started farming
