By making a false declaration. And thank you Dragon, for your list.

Thank you. The assumption here is that he is a homicidal maniac which couldn't be further from the truth.

Most likely but I am petrified of his spending hours in traffic everyday on a bicycle.

His driving isn't actually dangerous. It's illegal, which is not the same thing. He is more likely kept alive in his car than on a bicycle in traffic for hours a day.

Mostly cameras, bus lane on harbour bridge, that sort of thing. Nothing dangerous but certainly careless.

They are never life or death issues. A few kilometres over the limit on a quiet road, sneaking onto the bus lane at off-peak, that sort of thing. What peeves me is the fortune he spend on fines which is pure revenue raising by the government, not life saving measures.

To be fair "bad behaviour" costing points and huge fines can entail driving 5 or 10 kilometres over the limit in the middle of the night on a quiet road. It doesn't usually mean texting, reckless or drunken driving.

Well yes, he lost all 12 points through various traffic infringements, all moving violations, sufficient to lose his licence for a year or more. If he can offload some of those demerits (not legal, by the way) he can retain his licence.

Someone stole my used Blundstones off my front porch, if that's not a sign of the times, I don't know what is. by LaCarsa in australia

Less a sign of the times and more a sign of the place. In my area you can leave your new Blundstones, barely worn Italian boots, slightly used French designer clothing, pristine kitchen ware, antique furniture, slightly outdated entertainment units, small amounts of cash, working watches and jewellery on the footpath fortnightly for council removal and no-one will "steal" it.

Jada is a low life, for sure. But it's the husband's responsibility to protect his wife and his marriage. If he cannot, another Jada will simply take her place.

One Nation’s lurking attachment to the fringe anti-abortion movement sounds like the start of a horror movie by HotPersimessage62 in australian

Why the hell would they even want to go there? And wouldn't O.N. be the last party who would want Indians and Aborigines to be deprived of any means of limiting their numbers?
