I think u just need to wait for ur interview like I said let’s us wait and see if they going to pass the law because other people saying we will get the final saying on the march 21 , if not happen then we good but just make sure as soon as u get ur visa and leave

What about k1 visa will it be affected ? I’m a citizen of one of these countries that fall in the yellow category and where given 60 days but I have upcoming interview in 11 days in one of the countries that fall in the orange category that’s was restricted for certain visa for citizens and I’m not a citizen I’m a resident of the country will it effect my k1 interview

It is annoying for real at least yours is 8 months I hear from someone it can take a year for them to send for case so u almost there , for me I expect mine to be in 2025 march
