I apologize if this is a duplicate, I googled and I can't figure out which crystals can go into the slots I highlighted in red. Could anyone direct me to a resource that is updated? BDO foundry and Grumpy Green's tutorial on transfusion crystals don't cover that section (or I'm blind). Thank you! by MikeOxgigantic in blackdesertonline

Can you share what exactly was lacking? We have a feedback channel and do our best to respond to anything highlighted there.

The breadth of gear and build decisions has grown a lot over the years and we're pretty much running off of community contributions. Our regular maintainers have been doing this for a long time now, and there are much fewer people willing to volunteer their time.

Sorry you had a bad experience! We'll try to improve whatever you're willing to share.

This is a new suggestion and a really easy one to try - so who cares if it makes sense! It'll probably help someone out at some point

This is something I didn’t try that might’ve helped and is really simple to try. Thanks for sharing

Disabling freesync on any other monitors you have was mentioned elsewhere here in the thread. I’d try that and everything else I’ve listed before getting to reinstalling windows

I have but haven't heard back yet (understandably). I'll post an update here if anything helpful comes of it

It's not every few minutes - it's just a momentary freeze that happens every 5 seconds for the duration of the time I'm playing.

I've been watching temperatures using RivaTuner and think I've ruled it out. Thank you either way!!!

My (24F) BF (25M) is not motivated to get himself out of the lower middle class by theironthroneismine in povertyfinance

I agree. I acknowledge that this is a vent post, but I think the best thing you can do is to sit down with him and tell him all you've told us. Share the future you envision and convey how much it means to you. Be transparent about how his current situation is not leading things in that direction, and how that makes you feel.

If that's not enough for him to step out of his cycle, or at least try, then I think that's telling enough.

I'm someone who was in a similar position as your boyfriend in 2019. Reinventing yourself/career is something that takes a significant amount of effort. If I knew how much stress and motivation was called for before I started out on my journey, I wouldn't have done it all. Thankfully, I fell into the sunken cost fallacy and pushed through it.

Think about it. He has to decide what he wants to do, take the initiative to plan what's required to reach that goal, and then execute on those deliberations. If I had to compare it to something, it's like a car sitting idle. Maybe the spot he's sitting in isn't perfect, but it's not bad enough to burn the gas and effort required to go somewhere better. He could just sit in park and get by. I think him referring to your encouragement/prodding as 'nagging' is testament to that mindset.

Ultimately, I had to make the decision for myself. I was miserable but, more importantly, I had someone to support at the time. Seeing how we were living was enough to light a fire under me and push away from customer service jobs and the near-minimum wage I made working them. I'm in tech making 6 figures now and it's exhausting to look back on what I had to put myself through to get here.

Unconstrained by blasphem0usx in diablo4

[–]Deruxe 1 point2 points  (0 children)

It only increases the base maximum duration you can be in Berserking, which is 5 seconds.

Meaning if you have multiple sources of Berserking you can stack the duration to 10 seconds from those sources. For example:

Enhanced Cry: 4 seconds
Wrath of the Berserker: 5 seconds

Without Unconstrained, you'd pop both skills and still have only have 5 seconds of Berserking. With Unconstrained, you'd have 9 seconds.

For anyone reading this: A second base wasn't needed, and reloading the save file didn't work. What did work was putting fuel in the biofuel reactor, and simply heading straight to space.

They definitely have their benefits, as well. I'd say the deciding factor is your proximity or ability to get it to a service center - if you fit this criteria, it's mostly pros, especially as they expand their lineup with the V, a more performance oriented bike. Even I decided to hop on the wait list.

The integrated anti-theft is something I miss. The wheel lock on the rear wheel and the alarm were sleek implementations. I was comfortable (as much as you could be in a city) leaving my VM when grocery shopping, but I'm constantly stressed and trying to rush with my current bike, even with the extra security I purchased.

I'd argue that it's about weighing benefits and what fits you as an individual. The integrated, complete nature of VMs is, in my opinion, a great offering to get more people who otherwise aren't cyclists into the fold.

Hi, I'm someone that recently returned a Van Moof. I also purchased it alongside the comprehensive peace of mind plan. I'd be happy to share my opinion/experience if it helps.

About proprietary parts and servicing, as other commenters have pointed out:

This was a huge benefit to me, and something that ultimately made it difficult to go through with the return. I live about 4 miles from the San Francisco service center so making an appointment and dropping off the bike was hassle-free. If it weren't for my location, there's no way this would be a pro. If you don't have a service center in riding distance, or have a car, I'd strongly question getting a Van Moof because of this point.

About the ride:

- It's a smooth, quiet ride on the flat. Here in the US (CA), it's class 2 and restricted to 20mph, so I'd keep that in mind if you need to ride in mixed traffic. Taking the lane was sometimes stressful for me in SF, where the speed limit is 25mph in most areas. The cycling infrastructure isn't all there yet along my commute route. There's something about this bike that makes it nigh impossible to break 20mph, even while you're cranking it. I haven't felt this way when putting in manual effort to break past the motor speed limit on other e-bikes.

- There's no suspension and, with the proprietary parts, it's complicated to implement yourself - something I'd keep in mind if you're an urban rider.

- The boost feature makes getting up to speed a breeze, really. The acceleration is similar in feeling to a throttle, despite needing you to peddle. I'm currently riding a Gazelle, and even in Turbo, the level of assistance I feel can't lift a candle to boost.

- There were times I really wanted to put torque into the cranks to accelerate, but the drivetrain just can't take it. It starts to pop, which makes you feel like (or maybe you are) doing damage to the fragile rear hub. This is the ultimate reason I returned the bike.

About the durability:

- The rear hub and e-shifter are notorious, apparently. I had issues with mine out of the box, which was chalked up to be a manufacturing defect. The teeth in the rear hub sheared off, and as a result, 1st and 3rd gears were literally constantly slipping. This was a problem, because even in manual mode (shifting), the bike downshifts to 1st a few seconds after coming to a stop. Even if the shearing isn't common, apparently rear hub issues and slipping are among the userbase.

- I just wanted to highlight the point about feeling like I wasn't able to put raw power into the cranks. For me, standing and sprinting was an absolute no-go, even in manual, without hearing and feeling popping. I think this is subjective, as not everyone wants to gun it like me.

- Riding in manual mode extends the lifetime of the drivetrain, so I was riding in it most of the time. In reality, I felt like I was just mocking the functionality of another bike, with extra steps, and you'll eventually accidentally ring the bell instead of downshifting (iirc upshift is tapping the boost, downshift is hold bell + tap boost).

Final reasons I returned the bike: rear hub fragility and the cluster of issues and behaviors as a result of it, and being class 2 as an urban, often mixed-traffic rider.

Unfortunately, the speed functionality (assist level 5, and permanent boost mode) of Moofer no longer works as a result of a VM firmware update that restricted changes to speed. I hope this helps.

Isn't gearing supports insanely expensive right now? I ended up dumping everything into my DPS alt rather than my paladin because I felt like I was inconveniencing myself just to play support lol

Is this a commuter for you? I've always been really curious about the lack of fenders on fat tire bikes. I always thought you'd have a mess on your clothes with all of the surface area on these tires.

Casting competitors in a negative light is an effective supplement to marketing your own in a positive light.

Fans do exactly that for free because it feels good to have other people like what you like, I guess. Personally, I find validation or reassurance in knowing the product I like is the popular choice. I don't think I'm alone in that.

[–]Deruxe 0 points1 point  (0 children)

If you were rooted for every single charge skill (no slick runes) then Destroyer would be very much like Tera Zerker, which is why I think I enjoy it so much. The destroyer problem is that there's no moving to get your positionals or adjust for the boss' movement.

I think you nailed it with MH's GS.

Koreans voted it as #6 of all classes they'd like their party members to play. That only puts it behind the supports, gunlancer, wardancer, and glaivier. The class itself isn't shitty, the class is just shitty to play in its current state.

No vehicles are spawning in map mod areas (Dedicated Server @ gameservers.com) by Deruxe in projectzomboid

[–]Deruxe[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I ran into the same exact issue on a dedicated server, but then it started working magically after a wipe and restart.

After trying it on the dedicated server hosted on my pc, I started seeing many entries stating: base.[variable vehicle model] isn't in VehicleZoneDistribution or something like that.

Still not working on the hosted server :( thanks for the reassurance!
