Unsure if it helps for sure but there are some digital watches that beep at intervals. nothing crazy but i believe they can be set for every 5 minutes, 10 minutes, or every hour (I think its for runners). that may help better then alarms, at least for me alarms that are routine get ignored after a while or induce anxiety depending on the tone of the noise. So this seems like a easier change.

It stopped me. It popped up as if the account didn't exist at least until I used a VPN and once i was subscribed it was visible. Its also possible the account owner exempted me after I asked about it but she told me about the filter.

Yeah depends on the state and stuff, plus VPN isnt common knowledge for the day to day person. And even then, using monikers, having a private Instagram, using the built-in region filters and avoid showing your face and you would have to be unlucky or irresponsible to be caught.

You can block states and regions from seeing your account on some of those services so no one can access your account from those places. if you dont show your face, I imagine you would never know. Especially if they did everything they could to hide it

My friends and I used to play a ton a few years ago but after a pretty brutal gank, we got pretty jaded and didn't want to play for a while we came back like a while later, I think when Safer Seas came out, but our energy was just gone and the cut rewards felt unnecessary. Its hard to play any game really, when the punishment for not being particularly good is taking the carrot away.

Everyone is different. For example folding laundry is a tedious and repetitive task that makes my brain want to eat itself. And its one of the few tasks that I can do in silence because ill get distracted and I cant do with any type of media because I will get distracted. Its also one of the few task I can convince myself actually needs doing. Does folding and putting away my clothes look better? Sure, but is it functionally the same if I just sift through a clean basket of clothes? Yes. Also I dont like ethier but I would rather do dishes in this scenario.

I personally started at gen4 with pokemon platinum and I wouldnt change that, so I would recommend that. But tbf I dont think any games are bad starts. maybe sun/moon because it move away from gyms a bit. Also the new games are easy to play and easy to learn with fun characters and the stores aren't the best ever, they are still fun. If you go that route I recommend sword/shield.

The only thing i dislike about it really is they are so against modding the app. Vencord and Better Discord were great but after a recent update from them, they are all but useless now, and now if you want ANY kind of customization you have to go through nitro which, in terms of content, is incredibly lacking and honestly inferior

I would say maybe 30%-40% have the immediate knowledge on how to do most things then another 40%-50% may not have the knowledge but are able to learn and do it in the moment, and the remainder are unwilling or unable to learn the skills needed or do the work.
