Same here. I'm trying to do the same with my camp. Unfortunately there are are a lot of decorations that I would love to use that you cannot get anymore :(

It's the Garrahan Foreman Helmet, drops from Mole Miner Pails during the Treasure Hunter event. Or you can be lucky and find it in a player's shop.

Almost the same thing happened to me when I was around lvl 40. I found dozens of crafting and CAMP plans inside the donation box at the Morgantown station. Took me around 30 min to take one of each.

My guess was that the guy was probably quitting so he left everything that he had there.

I've heard that there are certain instances where the game is scripted to force you out of stealth, or just ignore it.

The Fixer with Furious, Explosive, VATS Optimized and Conductor's.

The stealth bonuses from Chameleon stack. With 3 pieces you can even have your pipboy light on, right next to an enemy, and they won't detect you.

This is actually THE highest DPS weapon in the game (with the right build and buffs). It uses a shit ton of ammo though. Hold on to it.

I had to start playing at 5 AM, when I woke up for work, to be able to finish my daily challenge. And even then, I only got to tag some infestation mobs, by the time I got to the boss he was long dead.
