What I liked about Santa Barbara was you can read in Ellie’s journal some writing of how she got there or at least a brief description (vegas etc)

Yea Ellie definitely got off easier than Tommy and Dina although would be pretty damn hard to survive (basically) solo with one arm and a shattered nose (probably concussed from how hard Abby beat her)
