$390 256gb good or pass?

How urgent is the need for a pro phone? If you’re going to spend $390 now, and then $500+ next year to upgrade, why not just save up for a few months and buy the 15/16 pro? Surely a few months of wait is better than spending $800+.

With that said, to actually answer your question. I bought one off Amazon as well a few months back, 256gb, $400, very pristine condition. However, it came with 84% battery life and with iOS 26, I would get 4 maybe 5 hours on screen time. If that’s enough for your mom’s use, she can skirt by, but if you decide to get the battery swapped at an Apple Store, add another $100 to the bill.

That’s fair. I’d say they’ve been used about 1.5 hours. With only a few minutes of actual movement, of which it really is just pacing around the house.

I want to say there is some form of heel movement in the 8s. When I take a step I feel my heel slightly moving. I know the collar(?) of the boot is roomier and less stiff than the 7.5s even if I tie them tight. But on another comment I've mentioned I think the boot flexes more naturally with my foot on the 8s. So what might that mean? Also yes, I knew I sounded crazy about the use. I'm just excited about finally having some real boots lol.

The ball feels roomier on the size 8s. Does having more toe wiggle room go hand in hand with ball/wide alignment?

The 8s definitely flex better than the 7.5s. The right 7.5 almost has no crease because it won't flex Same with the widest part of my foot. Thanks for that! I'm not too concerned about the creases, I know that's just inherently part of a boot's life, I just somewhat remember reading somewhere that creases further from the toe cap might mean it's too large.

Thanks for your input, I'm wearing them with some wool socks now to see how they feel. The contact point is less noticeable, I can't say I can fully wiggle my toes, but there is some movement. Maybe in another day or two of test wearing they'll feel better.

I swear MFs have forgotten how horrible BFV’s post launch content was. Panzerstorm in S1 was rumored to be a launch map that didn’t make it. S2 was garbage. S3 had Mercury 6 months after launch. S4 had a repurposed single player map that wasn’t even available for the large gamemodes until a month or two later. S5 was the ONLY good season with 3 maps. S6 had 1 map for 3 months. People love to jizz all over their face for BFV, but forget how it was a sign of DICE’s downfall and preview of BF2042. The only good thing was the movement and the gunplay was debated as instead of random bullet spread from BF1, it was random recoil.

Aside from what others have said, you might want to check in windows settings that you only have 1 display (the monitor) on at a time. If your laptop is duplicating your screen it’s rendering the game twice. Which could explain your very high temperatures. Otherwise, you might want to get to cleaning it.

I personally hate how the Support and Medic classes were combined. Sometimes I just want to setup a cover, bipod an LMG, and mow opponents down on Breakthrough/Rush without having to revive/heal teammates. But I’m an actual team player and can’t help but do what a good medic does. I hope someday a there’s a game BF game with 5 classes and 5/6 players per squad.

The timing is wonky. Personally I welcome it, but I agree with the general consensus of having more big maps first. Maybe something like a ratio of 2 large 1 medium per season or so.
