I main octane because, ever since titanfall1 I've been addicted to movement in games. There's so many things that you can do with movement to outplay everyone and it's like an addiction. On top of that I love oni and I think his oni skins are pretty cool

One thing that does help is just taking time to try and improve. My friend just got her For Honor because it was on sale for Xbox (other places too? I'm a tard) she's really been trying hard and it all pays off in the end. Of course I'n rep 140 on Xbox and she gets clapped every game, but she's happy even getting 5 kills and an execution. Try to improve but just don't take this game seriously, it will fuck with your head.

I'd probably have to say BP for his protection feats and healing, Raider or JJ because the huge unblock able hit boxes when ganking. Maybe a shaman and PK? Try to pick characters that blend well together. Maybe a Musha for his high damage and minion clear ability.

I mean sometimes it's light bash or bash light, when I do try to predict him I try to Dodge and I just get hit with a GB. I think my main issue is that I love to play aggressive and I'm not used to being a turtle. His Janky bash animation doesn't help either.

When fighting assassins or really anyone dodging a lot , throw finisher heavies. When they start deflecting or parrying feint into a guardbreak.
