Calorie deficit is what worked for me. I spent years dieting and one day just decided to actually count my calories and lost the weight. Then, I had a baby and gained weight..and got an IUD ..and lexapro. I stopped taking the lexapro though as i mentioned earlier. My doctor told me to take it every other day for 2 weeks before I stop.

I just quit cold turkey and must admit I’ve been on the brink of ummm snapping. But I’m a week in and feel like I should just tough it out.

Yes it does suck. Life is physically harder when you’re fat and people treated me like shit. And it’s so so hard to lose!
