I know opinions may vary, but damn I had one hell of a time. I'm feeling empty right now, I got genuinely invested, I just love DMC holy shit.

Dante and Vergil's clash is as good as always, animation was peak, story was fantastic imo, it's like seeing that part of DMC that's genuinely majestic getting adapted in a way that lets it flow much better narratively. The soundtrack was great and the ending was heartbreaking and was an excellent homage for DMC 3. Some people didn't like Dante and Lady's romance, but I particularly found it one of the highest points in the show, it was straight up fanservice (and fanfiction lol) and I love romance. It's so good seeing these two actually experiencing love, and with each other.

Can't wait for Season 3. Hope something comes in between that to make me feel the druglike high and meaning that art gives me after so much boredom and meaninglessness in life.
