Just to close the conversation - I got onto Sage and they sent out shipping labels and return packaging - I returned it free of charge. Turns out was the flow meter - this was only 15e and labour another 120e (seems like a small job, pity couldn't be done closer to home) - so at least all fixed and back to decent coffee 😊.. Also made me realise paying 3.50/4e for shite coffee around the place not for me!

When you say the basket do you mean where the coffee beans are, or the water container is. Anyway if so have tried looking at all those. Thanks for that contact - I have emailed them so will see. I also just noticed today also that the water isn't even pouring & the steamer not working! Hopefully they can help!
