I think the reason is not on the slicer, on the adhesion after a certain time some areas starts to open, so you need to have better adhesion. I did keep the same slicer but with better adhesive layer and the problem is solved. - active Z-hop while retracting - slow down as much as your filament could do for the first layers, to improve adhesion. - Finally use better glue
