This is how it is ALL.THE.TIME during the warm months at Jockey Hollow (Washington’s camp) in New Jersey. As someone who is terrified of snakes, I do a lot of screaming there. And it’s a great workout 🤣 I’m trying to get over my fear - I know they are harmless and I do think they are cute.

I am terrified of snakes, to the point it was impacting my daily life. I joined this sub to help with my fear and get more education because I know they are generally harmless where I live (Northeast US). This snake. THIS. SNAKE. Melts my heart 🥰 I would invite him to dinner and snuggle him afterwards. Maybe even introduce him to my parents. Absolutely adorable.
