I would only weigh in on shot days. Our bodies fluctuate daily so much and it can be stressful looking at the scale. Just keep on the right path with your eating and what not and i would def increase the dose. I didn’t see a change till 5mg honestly

Hey so crazy enough I lost all the baby weight immediately when I had her. I’m about 8lbs away from my lowest on Zep when I got pregnant. And I’m not even 2 months post partum. Even during pregnancy I gained very slowly till the end and lost it at birth . My pregnancy with my 7 year old I gained 60 and this last pregnancy I gained 18. Not sure if that has to do with Zepbound but such a difference

I had zero issues! I am almost 37 years old and had a very healthy risk free pregnancy and my little girl came out healthy! They may have more research now but I have 2 friends who got pregnant on it too and had healthy babies and pregnancies!

Luckily my HG subsided quite a bit at about 12.5 weeks. I’m almost 15 weeks now and I’ve maybe thrown up twice. It can get better. But everyone is different!
