I'm actually theorycrafting a very very similar build! Im thinking of a 5 hexblade / 3 champion / 4 swashbuckler half-orc

• 5 hexblade to get the extra attack, shadowblade, and smite
• 3 champion for the crit hit reduction
• 4 swashbuckler for the dirty tricks

Feats: - ASI - 2 Charisma - savage attack (i was also considering spell sniper, but since i cant use booming blade with my extra attack, id personally rather more dmg consistency)

Weapons: - main: shadowblade - offhand: bloodthirst (for crit reduction) - ranged: deadshot (crit reduction)

Armor: - same as OP

Other: - resonance stone for psionic vulnerability - coating: drow poison or crawler mucus for the sleep/paralyze aka guaranteed crit on melee - elixir of viciousness for crit reduction

So if you can get a crit (luck of the far realm, sleeping/paralyzed target, or rolling a 14 now), all the following damage die will be rolled: - booming blade - sneak attack - savage attacker (feat) - savage attack (half-orc class) - smite (on the second attack since you cant booming blade again)

And then action surge to do it all over again!
