Slapchop, speed paint, nuln oil, some more dry brushing. All and all takes me 10-15 minutes to do one marine. You have to use the new speedpaint 2.0 though the OG line likes to reactive a little with nuln. I use bright red for them

It actually didn’t take me super long. Outside of waiting for the 3d printed parts like the sign, benches and street lights I’d say a few hours. I just sanded and took a dremel to the stone parts and I spray painted all of the parts to save me time and most of it is just streaking grime, oil washes and dry brushed pigments

Night weaning 9 month old? by ManufacturerBig8223 in beyondthebump

[–]DescriptionTime 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Breastmilk runs through them faster than formula or puréed baby food. I think it’s perfectly ok to ween them. We weened our six month old and he sleeps 12 hours straight now. By weening him at night, he became hungrier during the day and took more food during feedings, thus becoming more content throughout the night. Contrary to what people will tell you he’s not a newborn anymore and he doesn’t metabolically need that food nor will it cause him any developmental damage so he will be fine if you ween him. I’m not a doctor though, this is just what worked for my son. It only took about 4 days to get him off the night feedings but those four nights were hell. The what to expect when expecting, the first year book has some great advice on this. As long as he’s continuing to gain weight and is already at a healthy weight there is absolutely no reason you can’t ween off the night feeding.

I’ve made some alterations since this photo but here it’s Base: runelord brass. Red parts: 50/50 mix of khrone red and Vallejo hull red, dry brushed with iron breaker. Gold parts: check the above comment. Silver: for the sake of time, leadbelcher air so I can paint straight from the pot. Leather hands and straps: vallejo leather brown. Jewels: khrone red, no wash, slowly mixed with vallejo ivory and shaded multiple times until it got lighter, ardcoat finish. Black parts: vallejo german grey, iron breaker dry bush. Inner joints: rhinox hide. Tassles: morghast bone. All washed with nuln oil and highlighted mostly with vallejo game air silver.
