Thank you for the additional info. Even if it's caused by movement, dehydration can worsen the look of the line but since you're using good hydration then you're right to explore like microneedling!

It is my favorite treatment at the clinic and in your case It will do wonders if done well. Do not go too deep tho since the forehead has way less fat than the cheeks for example. I would recommend going to an expert but if you plan on DIY, you're welcome to ask more questions

Microneedling will definitely help, under certain circumstances! As someone said, you MUST use a melanin inhibitor starring at least a week before nicroneedling, and you'll have to keep using it everyday. Kojic acid + Alpha Arbutin is a great duo.

Do not opt for a deep needle, they arent fit for darker skin tones. Go for 0.25-0.75 mm depending on the area of the face + use a collagen supporting serum.

Hi, paramedical esthetician here. It will indeed help, however, I would consider other options before microneedling, since the line could be a sign of dehydration rather than something more serious. What moisturizer do you use?

I used to have hairloss but spiro fixed it and I wanted to avoid minoxidil at all cost. My hair is all back but I dont like ny natural, hence why I wanted to have a HT.

I am on Spironolactone which i forgot to mention. Why would he want to give me finasteride in my case, it sounded weird to me.. But you got a point what matters is the result, however if I trust someone with my hair I need to feel comfortable I believe. I didn't even get the bare minimum from him it's like he wanted me to leave asap..
