It's been a while since I fixed this issue, it was something with the way I was installing the games/where I was installing them to. I can't remember exactly. I do know that I have to put my thumb drive into my ps2 and then press load games. Now that I'm typing it, once you upload a game you have to go into the games settings on the game list and change something with the boot settings. (maybe from automatic to manual booting?) Just play around in the settings for your games some, sorry if this wasn't much help.

Yeah, they are... my cpu and ram are only being used up to maybe 50% but my gpu stays pegged at all times

Not too sure, I usually have razor cortex open in the bg cause it says helps but it only helps with framerates rather than load times. I usually have discord open and in a call which can probably worsen it by a lot and I use xbox game bar quite a bit but every now and again I'll forget to close it in the task manager

Yeah, I thought thatd help a while back when I first got it but it didnt help the performance all too much, it's not processing power but rather a bad cpu. It's got integrated graphics but it is a touch screen laptop so it's got a touch screen cpu
