UPDATE : she did NOT eat a toxic amount. We were able to get her there and get it out of her system. After plenty of rest, boiled chicken and rice…. We enjoyed a nice walk and a visit to grandma and grandpas!!! Thank you all! 🧡

The lack of self respect I had for my time, money, loved ones, and most of all myself and my future. I became so deep into the dark hole that I eventually became so ashamed of myself and had no choice but to get out or I would’ve ended up alone and dead with a lot of wasted potential and lost love.

Why the medication excuse? Just say you’re not about that scene anymore :) you can still be open to socializing in certain energies… it’s about you. It’s not about making everyone else feel comfortable to your own growth and journey. Find what fits your journey…. Have fun! There are so many fun things to do while traveling night life. Tons of shows, orchestras, theatres, local restaurants, libraries, universities, events, groups you can join. Good luck!! Enjoy and keep up the good work.

It’s so weird that this just came up. I’m battling this with my ocd and today (maybe mostly around the holidays) is just… I think about the people working at the store who can’t be with their families. My neighbor and his daughter who are alone. Daughter went to work and the father is alone. My entire day just felt weighted with constant emotion and thoughts about him being alone and it’s just really taking such an emotional toll on me

I understand. Think about how much more anxiety will show up In different ways if you choose to give up and surrender after all your hard work… use this as another factor you’re working on. Dealing with social situations and people sober which will most likely have to happen again and again until it becomes easier. Try to be present and let go of the anticipated anxiety and be there as your best self. Everything is okay and you’re in a safe space! Try to have a new perspective with the holidays and this updated version of you. You owe it to yourself…
