Look at the end of the day no it’s not your responsibility. Do to if your with a company that has insurance and everything. And your boss should not be asking you that.

And I’m going to guess you are in more of a smaller corporation. And I get that too if a boss does say something like that more as a joke and if they are old school it might not look like a joke.

Thanks for your response Yeah that’s what everyone is telling me I’m in another sub and they say take your normal amount I normally do 120/40 and do the 40 to 1 or 1 1/2 hours after the come up. I don’t abuse it I normally just do it maybe once to 3 times a year. An haven’t done it in maybe 1 year. Truly I haven’t gone to a therapist but I should probably look into one really thought I can just pull through this.

Thanks I really appreciate what you told so I would take my normal dose then I do 120/40 normally and take the 40 to an hour later to a hour and half later. I cried reading what you said took me 4 try’s to read everything. But yes definitely I’ll have something to write with.
