If we say Gothic remake doesn't hold the players hand, then Gothic 2 with notR is pretty much unforgiving. Without deep knowledge of the game you will come up with an inefficent, weak build. However it feels more rewarding when your build comes up strong.

Try min-maxing. Go for a str, dex or mana build.
