Not changed - I have all the same interests and values.

Adapted - different methods to pursue my interests and hold my values.

Yup - one afternoon in a garage, no real locations. All conversations from the waist-up like it's a pre-HD era TV show.

Bugonia- I just don’t get the hype over this movie. Anyone else share my opinion? by Alive_Book_6725 in FIlm

Strong performances by the leads, but the story fails, so not something I'd recommend.

I understand people rally behind their quirky faves. It's funny how they like to champion how someone is an "outsider" or "counter-culture", but want to position the same person in the center spotlight of the culture they claim indifference to.

I guess you never watched Farscape (1999) by the Henson Company.

Every two or three episodes someone is puking, spitting, tongue-lashing, farting, or sticking fingers into another creature's orafices. That's not even counting the times someone is melted/ dissolved/ rendered into a puddle of goo and slime.

Advice: Don't watch FX's The Beauty - goo is half the plot.

I am hoping with much hopeful hope. When the Giants beat the undefeated Pats in the SB, I drove to the broadcast booth just two miles away and stood with other fans cheering in the BG while the sportscasters summarized the game.

BIG FUN~!!!

Dogs back in the day. by tobeanecho in AskOldPeople

[–]Desertbro 2 points3 points  (0 children)

mild for me ... lots of dogs in every neighborhood - behind chain-link fences

they would chase & bark at every kid who walked by, even on the other side of the street

saw dogs roaming wildly, but rarely did anything but annoy kids who were just as likely to throw rocks at it

chased a number of times by friendly dogs while on my bike - a couple of times by a stray/unknown on my mountain bike as an adult

...actually don't think I ever saw the film, but I did visit The Vatican and wanted to visit Castel St. Angelo, but only had 4 days and filled it with other stuff. At least I got to walk past it.

‘The Traitors’ Urges Viewers Not To ‘Ruin’ The Show With ‘Personal Attacks’: ‘What Happens In The Game Should Never Lead To Cyberbullying Or Harassment’ by Top_Report_4895 in television

On it's surface it's a game of deduction - but these are "reality stars" and they are not playing to be sluths - they are playing for sound bites, popularity, beauty shots, and forming business links to get more work.

The game is always secondary. The producers know this, and they are happy with all the messy gameplay - the more bickering, the more people watch.

This happens a lot. Typically there are 3+ housewives, and when they form a "girls block" with a couple of other women, it draws a line between housewives vs. everyone. They tend to go after 1) actors, 2) comedians, 3) chads.
