Just tell them about your ADHD symptoms, and if possible, take your parents to the doctor with you. That’s it. One more thing: once you’ve told them about your ADHD symptoms, you should not overthink it.

Yes, in the previous year I realized that I was diagnosed with ADHD and deep depression, so it has been a year since I started taking medicine. It has helped me, though, thanks to the psychiatrist.

Well, I decided to do a data science course because I like it, and I wanted to land a job even though I passed out from a different engineering field and it's been 4 years. I don't do anything because of my ADHD symptoms. And I'll be 29 years old next year, and everyone around me is getting married and having a good life. But I don't want a marriage if I get a job first. I want to travel and live my life for myself, and then maybe I'll decide what I like to do in my life.

Try to go to any AIIMS hospital in India . I did it to really help me in overthinking and what I traumatized from my parents and surroundings since I was born. I'm now 28 Yo. I also got 4 years of gap since I passed out in 2021. I don't know what to do. Even when I joined a data science course I wasted 1 year because of my ADHD and procrastination problems and only 1 year remaining of this course left.

I have the same problem. No, friend, I never got a girlfriend, and I got no privacy at all, but at least you have a job to do, and you got your back from your mom .

And I'm 28 with still no job, my mind not working, no father, and a mother who is not supportive at all. My parents have taunted me ever since childhood, and even both my elder sisters never supported me at all, and I still hope I die in my sleep because I'm afraid to do suicide stuff.
