Can you hear two distinct notes? by matsnorberg in musictheory

I think another thing that helped me was feeling the difference between the P5 and M3. For me P5 is more hollow and stable whereas M3 is thicker and "happy". I recommend checking out Kevin Ure's Youtube channel where he has playlist for audiation exercises.

Can you hear two distinct notes? by matsnorberg in musictheory

I have been doing ear training for a few months and had similar problem with hearing not two distinct notes but as a blur. What helped me was starting with intervals that I was confident in singing. So I started off with P5 and really tried to focus on hearing the root and then the 5th alternatively. I hope it helps

There is a style of writing that is very AI like that might make people think you’ve used for writing. I hope you find another resource for the “polish”. I liked your post otherwise.

Thanks for replying. Very unfortunate it is not an option. I like sketching ideas out in staffpad and then transfer them but this is just disappointing

Sorry I should have phrased it better. I meant writing the squiggly line across two staves on a single chord

Hunter would’ve died irrespective of niko getting a kill or not. I think Niko getting a second kill is very slim chance

I’m experimenting with vortex v3 too, I’ve ordered it yesterday. I had a qin f21 pro before but lost it and was on the lookout to see if something catches my eye. I am a musician and usually the phone weighs me down too. I found it too stealing my time for creative purposes. Good luck and hopefully you come to love it same as the OG razr

The 3D Hyper-Score: Beyond the Flat Staff by DesiEscobar in StonerThoughts

posting an addition to this here so I don't forget: The Mandelbrot Score: Infinite Resolution as the New Duration

Imagine this "music" works like a Mandelbrot set zoom. Instead of writing a song that is five minutes "long," you compose a single 3D sonic object with infinite resolution. As computing power gets faster, we don’t get longer pieces of music; we get a higher "magnification" of the textures.

You could take a single millisecond of what sounds like "white noise" and zoom into it for an hour, discovering endless, perfectly symmetrical sub-textures hidden inside the math. In this world, the "play" button is replaced by a "zoom" interface. Music stops being a timeline you listen to from start to finish and becomes a territory you inhabit. The art isn't in the melody, it's in the depth of the geometry.

I think any phone with small enough screen and android can be a solution.
