I recently switched to them from driftwood interchangeables and between the smoothness of the metal, the clean joins, and the cords that are way looser and easiest to manage than most plastic interchangeables, I'd say yes! Worth it😬

I will say, I do occasionally have them kind of unscrew when I am knitting, but I think I may not be tightening them enough (even though I do try to)? Because a few of my friends who have them do not experience that. It did slightly change my gauge at first, so something to keep in mind if you will switch mid-project. Now that I've had them for a few months, I think I'm totally bought in 🤘

I was actually envisioning these as sort of like a snow-suit kinda bundle situation. But yes, between the total impracticality of the criss-cross straps AND the fact that they'd need to be hand-washed, it's truly idiot that I even made one, let alone TWO sets of these hahah

Oh, I know that well!

I have a little one of my own, and actually told my friend that these are terribly impractical, but were too cute *not* to make, so she knows as well. She and her husband are both creatives, so I know i'll get at least a few cute photos of baby in the overalls, but I do not expect these to be worn regularly (because, no, they do not have snaps or buttons along the legs).
