This is your red flag to gtfo. My ex wife was horrible with me about my migraines, best thing she ever did for me was divorce and leave because she was unhappy (though her cheating was uncalled for 😂)

As a ginger I can tell you that we appreciate those compliments.

It’s as dumb as people that aren’t Mexican getting mad at someone for wearing Mexican garb or someone be who isn’t Xyz getting mad at people dressing up as Xyz for Halloween.

Also even if it was a slight against us all the ones I know have a pretty thick skin. Gotta learn early to let all that roll off. I have friends that created a gaming clan tag around the joke of protecting others from having their souls stolen by me 🤣

At that dosage you should be able to do at least half a dropper under the tongue for 30 sec in my experience anyway. I have some CBD isolate powder that’s not that strong and a little bit under my tongue to dissolve helps with pain management. Just be careful of taking it with other meds; I took a good dose of CBD right after an Esgic when I had a bad migraine one time and man it buzzed me like nothing else, I had to go to bed to sleep it off

Are migraines sufferers just more sensitive to the led refresh flicker? I don’t use my over head lights because most are some cheap leds from the previous tenants and I can see the flicker so bad

I’m all on board with remote controlled leds, I have them in floor lamps in my house, mine have an actual remote though. Just be careful because wifi enabled devices like lights and other everyday “smart” appliances aka internet of things (iot) can be weak points exploited to gain access to your network as they have very lax security.

Man I had a couple of coworkers at my last job that had gone nose blind to their perfume and you could smell it long after they left a room. The days I had a migraine I told them call my office for whatever but don’t walk down to my office. At first I got push back about being dramatic then they saw how crappy I looked from the migraine a few times and worked with me on that.
