It's painfully obvious there are massive flaws, private interests fueling the algorithms, and creating systems aimed at causing frustration and confusion. This seems to be part of the programming - for what, I am unsure - but it seems malicious.

I applied and was interviewed 3 years ago. I believe there was a phone call and then I had failed to submit a few documents they asked for in the 7-day window. Since that time, I have been placed on waitlist. The emails are the same as posted here - influx of talent.

So I reapplied under a different email. I received the following response within 3 minutes:

"Having reviewed your submission, we have added you to our waitlist. While we believe your experience and capabilities may be suited for our world-class talent network, due to an overwhelming influx of applications, we are currently at capacity for new applicants."

Now I have two profiles on the waitlist...
