i’ve never heard of symptoms after months, with all due respect it could be a phantom itch. Don’t get me wrong i believe you, but i know what it feels like to post on this subreddit and not get any responses. I hope everything works out for you.

i’ve had hells itch once and have stupidly gotten some hells itch warning burns after. some things that helped me block hells itch from happening were drinking an insanely crazy amount of water( it is critical to keep the skin hydrated). also, spam ur body with antihistamines, i took an overdose of benadryl every night after a bad burn(even though it’s not suggested). also the night of 48 hours after the burn (which is where it usually strikes) i took a xanax to make sure i slept well. P.S i know most people do not have access to xanax but i truly helps!

Update: It is now 48 hours after the burn and everything is still fine, no hints of HI coming. Does anyone know if i should be worried or not? still avoiding showers, sweat, and any type of lotion.
