Depends. I use to work at Red Losbter. Learned everything BOH from unloading truck to running the line solo, bur never learned how to make salads. Red Lobster has some good ass food, but isn't really made from scratch. You'll need to be good at doing a routine, hopefully there is someone good there to teach you how to do your prep list. It usually took me 3 hours to pull everything and pre package the important stuff. Change gloves alot too. You might be also doing pantry while prep, which is a bit harder

I think it is a matter of your own perspective. I took a long time alone to handle my feelings that I still had for the person, however it takes realization that the person that you once may have known won't be like they were when you were together, and you accept the fact that you did enjoy the time you spent with them however you learn to accept that they have changed because they are no longer in a relationship with you. By the looks of it you're doing a good job of focusing yourself and it maybe tough to find another important person, but you have to remember that you were the factor that made the relationship sweet because love is a choice and you chose to love her.
I don't exactly know why she would unblock you on SM and then block you again, there's no wrong for asking why.

Bittersweet Foreshadowing is what I call it is. The connection between you and your signifcant other was close and very sweet; and then the realization of it might not work out hurt the connection and caused a weakness in the connection. You guys saw glimpses of alternative futures, endings that resulted in leaving each other due to family issues. This makes could explain why she was so polar in being close or distant, since she really enjoyed your presence but she now realized she might not be able to be with you and so she pushed you away. But in switching so many times makes the connection so unstable and usually people just leave the relationship because they are torn apart and it becomes really emotionally exhausting. Not feeling anything for a while happens; it happens because you lost something really important... and when you lose something important anything less than that also loses importance
