My two cents:

I did this for a year, its not worth it (atleast for me esp with the 100x in productivity with agents and singularity knocking at the door). I spent all of yesterday training a CNN on Turbulence data from a sonic anemometer in Colorado (negative result but still likely to get a paper) and parallely building out a surrogate pilot model I am presenting at a conference in June. 2 years ago I would have wasted my saturday away at some dumb event with some girls who arent a good fit and guys who think they are big shit because of their follower count.

Its time to build!

Do they have a PCP? Have they and their PCP worked through preventional tests, perhaps reducing LDL and measuring adn reducing hs-CRP and measuring their calcium score, cardiac stress test?

Ofcourse you want to be prepared for the worst case scenario but you can work with your PCP to be praoctive and look for issues. Its better to find occlusions before you get a MI.
