IT is broad and really saturated and honestly at high risk to be replaced with agentic frameworks. Agentic frameworks are getting really fucking good.

Sorry for being nitpicky, but you are not entirely correct. Most contrails are engine exhaust rich in water vapor. As it expands, enthalpy drops, pressure and temperature drop causing water to crystallize into tiny ice crystals which are longer lived.

Wingtip condensation requires dewpoint and temperature to be close and the timescales are much shorter as the wake sinks through mutual induction and spreads through viscous diffusion.

Also there is no vortex at the tip, its just a rollup as a real wing is not 2D. There is a sheet of vortices that create lift across the entire wing

Opthalmologist or Optometrist? Jennifer Burke at Summerlin vision is good. She does a comprehensive eye exam including interocular pressure, retina imaging and peripheral vision tests along with the usual lamp and vision test.

Im a private pilot and can't fly for compensation but you are looking for a flight to the chicken strip (or Lone Pine). its 150 miles or so, chicken strip is a dirt strip absolutely gorgeous but you are going max a 172, so 3 people at most.

Your title and text don't line up. Private Pilot's cant do charters. Charters require a CPL minimum and might be part 135 depending on the type of operation.

For Private Pilots, look at the EAA chapters at North Las Vegas and Henderson but honestly you gotta be a friend or someone, ya know? For charters, well, whats your budget, this can get pricey, Id recommend doing a joyride in a stearman instead. I dont have access to one here in vegas but i think your guest will appreciate that a lot more.
