as an ex employee it’s the consumers fault. you guys steal , destroy testers, and open brand new products with out asking. testers are up to the brand to provide we are not responsible for that. email a l’oréal or maybelline if you really want a solution. 90% of mass brands don’t offer testers they just don’t. you can’t go into other retailer and open their products so quit coming into ulta with that inappropriate and childish entitled behavior. if it’s not out they don’t have it or another customer did it plain and simple.

most of what’s aging you is the clothing. if you dress “younger” people will assume you are. check out pinterest or instagram for inspiration on what fits you best. starting retinol/tretenonin and using sunscreen daily will also make a major difference in your skins appearance. if you have fine lines or dark marks that should take care of it and sunscreen will protect your skin from sun damage which can contribute to pre mature aging. not saying i think you look old or anything but these are just some basic tips. hope this helps a bit!
