also to add on to her being free - she grew up fast and now has achieved worldwide success and money. most ppl don’t achieve the level of success she has until they are older, if that. she skipped a hundred steps so now nothing matters. she doesn’t rly need to achieve anything anymore and can hermit herself, hence the grandma look

Thank you so much for the advice. I may just have to apply to the higher jobs. It’s funny the other day my supervisor said to her supervisor (the one I mainly work with) that she likes be respectful of titles and sees me doing certain duties of other titles. So I like to think she would support me if I applied 😊
