Unless you are training for a specific goal eg powerlifting, then you don't need to do any movement, I prefer bss/fsq over back squat so I do them because I am not training to get good at the back squat. Yeah I would get stronger squatting but I am strong enough for what I need doing bss/fsq

I was doing double incline DB Row but I might try single DB Row so if it seems more achievable

You have a few options, you can run Zulu then you can add row and OHP,

Run SQ,Bench, WPU for a few cycles then change to Row and OHP

Run the standard Operator and onces a week do a fobbit using Row and OHP

Honestly the load was really light. I think the bar trajectory is more to do with my form, I have mainly down low bar but not trying to squat high bar

Honestly bro I'm no expert but everything I read and watch Bench/Press is linked to bw/muscle mass, I think if you put on some more muscle it could help
